1. 1. All prices above include 6% VAT fee.
2. 2. Exhibition / Tour Interpreter Type Description
   • a) Student Interpreter: Senior undergraduates or postgraduates majored in foreign languages from domestic universities，who possess solid language proficiency and basic interpretation experience, suitable for basic exhibition reception, accompanying visits, and general interpreting scenarios.
   • b) Professional Interpreter: Interpreters with over 3 years of practical experience in exhibition and business interpretation, well-adapted to complex scenarios such as business negotiations and product technical explanations. Equipped with accurate industry terminology and cross-cultural communication skills, they effectively ensure the accuracy and fluency of professional information transmission.
   • c) If local interpreters are unavailable, we will coordinate from other locations. Travel expenses will be invoiced separately.
3. 3. Working Hours & Overtime Charge for Interpretation Service
   • a) Half-day rate： a time period no more than 4 hours, from when the interpreters are required to arrive at the venue to the exhibition completion time
   • b) Full-day rate： a period between 4 and 8 hours.
   • c) Overtime (beyond 8 hours) is charged per hour or part thereof:
     • -On working days: Each additional hour (or part thereof) is charged at 150% of the average hourly rate (Full Day Fee ÷ 8).
     • -On weekends/public holidays: Each additional hour (or part thereof) is charged at 200-300% of the average hourly rate (Full Day Fee ÷ 8).
4. 4. These services are provided directly by TalkingChina Translation & Interpretation. Matters related to service quality and contract fulfillment fall under the responsibility of the service provider. The Organizing Committee acts solely as an information referral channel and assumes no joint liability.
